Climate monitoring satellites have just recorded the warmest January on the records (Which began 30+ years ago). Even though some of us are experiencing a very cold Winter.Despite what the sceptics say, satellite measurements DO back up what ground-based stations are saying, which is: Global temperatures are rising inexorably. There may be the odd fall, but the overall trend is upwards.
